Filling the Rinse Tank
• Do not leave the instrument unattended while
filling the rinse tank.
• Max allowable water source pressure: 30
PSI.
1. Roll the unit near the water source (faucet, DI water dispenser, etc…) that will
be used to fill the rinse tank and lock the 2 front casters.
2. Connect the tubing supplied with the unit to the quick-connect fitting located
on the top cover.
3. Connect the other end to the water source.
4. Turn on the water source.
5. When the tank is full the water source will automatically stop (the unit is
equipped with an internal water shutoff). If the unit is powered on, the FULL
LED for the Rinse Tank will be illuminated.
6. Disconnect the tubing from the quick-connect fitting on the top cover of the
unit.
The internal water shutoff valve will only stop the
water from flowing into the rinse tank, it will not
shutoff the water source!
Using the Vessel Washer
1. Plug in the instrument and turn
the power button on.
2. Select desired Wash Cycle on the
main keypad.
3. Remove the Universal Wash
Module (UWM) from the top cover
and insert the UWM into the
vessel to be cleaned (see Figure
1).
4. Press the AUTO WASH button on
the UWM.
5. Upon completion an audible beep
will be heard.
6. Remove the UWM and insert into
the next vessel.
7. When all vessels have been
cleaned return UWM into the top
cover.
