Why is the Ready light not illuminating on my Diversey Accessories Remote Cover?

If the Ready light on your Diversey Accessories Remote Cover isn't on, several factors could be at play. First, confirm that the Base Unit is receiving power by plugging its line cord into an electrical outlet. Next, check that all three UV-C bulbs are correctly seated in their sockets. If the bulbs are burned out (indicated by a red Bulb Status), replace them and reset the Bulb Status on the Base Unit. Also, ensure the Remote Cover is properly positioned against the closed door, aligning the 'Point Toward Door' arrow towards the door. Finally, if Sentry units are connected, verify they are powered on. If a Sentry unit is meant to be ignored, press the Base Unit’s Ignore button four times to acknowledge its use.
