Usage Features
General Control (Drawing Mode):
The device features several buttons and rotatable controls for various functions:
- Button 1: Save & Exit drawing mode.
- Button 2 (Rotate): Change color.
- Button 3 (Rotate): Adjust color.
- Button 4: Previous frame (animation) / Previous design/channel (non-drawing mode) / Change design (gallery).
- Button 5: Play animation / Change light effect (non-drawing mode).
- Button 6: Next frame (animation) / Next design/channel (non-drawing mode) / Change design (gallery).
- Button 7 (Press): Undo drawing.
- Button 7 (Hold): Delete design.
- Button 8: Change brightness.
- Button 9 (Rotate): Adjust animation speed / Change channel (non-drawing mode).
- Button 10: Fill color / Enter gallery (non-drawing mode).
- Button 11: Clear screen / Enter quick menu (non-drawing mode).
- Touch Panel (d): Used for drawing, selecting functions in the quick menu, and interacting with games.
- Power ON/OFF (a): Controls the device's power.
- Charging indicator (b): Shows charging status.
- Charging port (c): For connecting the Type-C charging cable.
Drawing Pixel Art:
- Start Drawing: Press button 1 to begin drawing on the touch panel.
- Change Color: Rotate button 2 to select a color.
- Adjust Color: Rotate button 3 to fine-tune the selected color.
- Undo Drawing: Press button 7 to undo the last step.
- Delete Design: Hold button 7 to delete the entire design.
- Fill Screen: Press button 10 to fill the screen with the current color.
- Clear Screen: Press button 11 to clear the screen.
Drawing Animation:
- Change Frame: Press buttons 4 and 6 to navigate between animation frames.
- Play Animation: Press button 5 to play the animation.
- Adjust Speed: Rotate button 9 to adjust the animation speed.
Channels:
Channels offer various daily functions including clock, lighting, HOT channels, light effects, and custom channels.
- Enter Channel Mode: After exiting drawing mode, the Pixel Factory automatically enters channel mode.
- Change Channel: Press buttons 4 and 6 to switch between different channels.
- Change Light Effect: Press button 5 to change the light effect within a channel.
Gallery:
The gallery stores saved pixel art designs.
- Enter Gallery: After exiting drawing mode, press button 10 to enter the gallery.
- Change Design: Press buttons 4 and 6 to browse through saved designs.
- Delete Design: Hold button 7 to delete a design from the gallery.
- Edit Design: Find the desired design and press button 1 to edit it.
Quick Menu:
The quick menu provides access to Pixel art sandbox, games, and tools.
- Enter Quick Menu: After exiting drawing mode, press button 11 to enter the quick menu.
- Select Functions: Swipe and tap the touch panel to select functions.
- Pixel Art Sandbox: Tap the shaded area to color the design.
- Games: Tap the screen to play games like Pixel Tetris, Slot machine, Pixel Dice, Magic 8 ball, Astro Battle, Flappy Wings, Pixel Snake, Pixel Race, and Block Eliminator.
- Tools: Tap the screen to use tools such as Scoreboard, Timer, Countdown meter, and Eye-protection mode.
APP Connectivity:
The Pixel Factory can connect to a mobile application.
- Download & Install APP: Search "Divoom" in the App Store or Google Play and install the mobile APP. A QR code is provided for direct download.
- Connect Pixel Factory: Open the APP, register an account, and then connect to "Pixel-Factory."
- Upload Designs: Saved designs will be uploaded to the APP's local gallery when connected.
Maintenance Features
Charging:
- How to Charge: Connect the Type-C cable with a 5V-2A charger.
Cleaning:
- How to Clean: Use a soft fabric to clean the surface with wiping alcohol.
- Important Note: Pixel Factory is not waterproofed. Do not expose it to wet surfaces.
Battery Disposal:
- Dispose of used batteries properly following local regulations. Do NOT incinerate.
- Removal of the rechargeable lithium-ion battery should be conducted only by a qualified professional.
General Safety Instructions:
- Follow product installation and operation instructions.
- Always place the speaker on a smooth and stable surface.
- Place the speaker in an open area for optimal sound quality; do not block its surroundings.
- Do not push any objects into speaker vents or slots.
- Do not apply excessive force to the speaker.
- Keep the speaker at room temperature.
- Do not place the speaker near heat sources (radiators, heat registers, stoves, fireplaces, direct sunlight) or open flame sources.
- Do not attempt to service the speaker yourself; refer to qualified service personnel.
- To avoid electrical hazard, do not expose the speaker to wet surfaces.
Warranty Information:
- Warranty Period: 12 months (24 months if required by local law) from the date of purchase for defects due to faulty workmanship or materials.

- Proof of Purchase: A sales invoice or receipt with the date and source of purchase is required for warranty validation.
- Exclusions: Warranty does not cover product failures caused by:
- Use of non-Divoom branded accessories.
- Modification, repair, or disassembly by unauthorized persons.
- Misuse, drop, hit, or negligence.
- Transferability: The warranty is non-transferable.
- Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- Compliance: The product complies with Directive 2011/65/EU regarding hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.
- FCC Compliance: The device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules, subject to two conditions: (1) it may not cause harmful interference, and (2) it must accept any interference received. Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
- RF Interference: The device is designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in residential installations. If interference occurs, users are encouraged to try measures such as reorienting the receiving antenna, increasing separation between equipment and receiver, or connecting the equipment to a different circuit.
