1.PRESS: Power ON/OFF
The Divoom application is available in both iOS an Android APP stores. You can search ‘Divoom’ or scan this QR code.
1.Please download and install the Divoom APP from the App Store or Google Play
2.Please turn on phone’s Bluetooth, and connect to a 2.4G wireless Internet network.
3.Open the App, press Me>My device, and select Internet to pair device.
4.Connect device with power, and it should show a ‘waiting for config’ logo.
5.In App, press ‘Start to pair’, and enter the password for the connected network.
6.In App, it would show ‘pairing’ for 10 to 20 seconds.
7.Once the device is connected to the network, the App will shows successfully connected.

Usage Features

The Pixoo 64 is designed for user-friendly operation and customization through the Divoom mobile application, available on both iOS and Android.

Physical Controls:

• ON/OFF Button (Press): Powers the device ON/OFF.
• ON/OFF Button (Hold 8 seconds): Resets network settings.
• Channel Change Button (Press): Changes channels.
• Channel Change Button (Hold 3 seconds): Switches between recent clock interfaces, music visualizer effects, and custom channels.

Network Setup (via Divoom App):

1. Download App: Install the Divoom APP from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Bluetooth & Wi-Fi: Enable Bluetooth on your phone and connect to a 2.4G wireless Internet network (ensure phone/device is close to the router).
3. Pairing Process: Open the Divoom App, navigate to "Me" > "My device," and select "Internet" to pair the device.
4. Power On Device: Connect the Pixoo 64 to power; it should display a "waiting for config" logo.
5. Start Pairing in App: In the App, press "Start to pair" and enter the password for your connected Wi-Fi network.
6. Pairing Confirmation: The App will show "pairing" for 10-20 seconds, then "successfully connected" once complete.
7. Firmware Updates: If an update message appears, proceed with the update without unplugging the device.

Mounting:

• The device includes wall mount holes and mounting screw holes for flexible placement.
• A mounting stand/tray is also provided for desktop use.

TF Card Usage:

• The TF card slot is for Divoom's internal use.
• For new cards, format them to FAT file format before use.

Maintenance Features

Troubleshooting:

• Unresponsive Screen/Button: Ensure a 5V/2A charger is used and try a different USB-C cable.
• Network Pairing Timeout:
  • Restart phone's Bluetooth, delete paired device history, and enable GPS.
  • Verify phone is connected to a 2.4G Wi-Fi network (5G not supported) and that the network is working properly.
  • Ensure both devices are near the router.
  • Try pairing with a different phone or reset and re-do the network pairing process.
  • Download the latest Divoom App.
• "Non-supported TF card" Logo:
  • Ensure the TF card is properly inserted.
  • Try a different TF card.
  • The device will download firmware to the card via the Internet; pull and re-insert the USB cable when the new card is ready.
• Number and Full Panel Coloring:
  • Ensure the lighting key is unstuck.
  • Reconnect the power cable.

Resetting Network Settings:

1. Connect the device to power.
2. Hold the ON/OFF button for 8 seconds. The device will then be ready for Internet configuration.

General Care and Safety:

• Always place the product on a smooth and stable surface.
• Avoid pushing objects into product vents or slots.
• Do not apply great force to the product.
• Keep the product in a room temperature environment, away from heat sources (radiators, heat registers, stoves, fireplaces, direct sunlight) or open flame sources.
• Do not attempt to service the product yourself; refer to qualified service personnel.
• Avoid exposing the product to wet surfaces to prevent electrical hazards.
