Defeat interlocking cams and latch, then turn handle to open the coupler.
Remove the cotter pin, washer, and clevis pin from the coupler.
Remove the handle, shaft outside washer, O-ring, and bearing assembly.
Install bearing assembly, O-ring, washer, and locking handle assembly.
Install the clevis pin, washer, and cotter pin to secure the handle.
Lock the handle with the pull pin, close the coupler, and test its function.
