(1) Description: Set chassis LED colors and effects:
● Solid: LED will remain steady
● Off: LED will switch off
● Pulse: LED will flicker (from dark to bright and then back to dark)
● Blink: LED will blink at a specified frequency

(3) Example: Display streaming color effects
This will set the robot to switch off all LEDs on the chassis for one second, and then flash all LED colors in sequence.
