3. Grippers closing status
(1) Description: Learn whether the gripper is fully closed. If the return value is 1, the gripper is fully closed; if the value is 0,
the gripper is not fully closed.

Control the grippers movement according to its current state until it is fully closed.
4. Grippers opening status
(1) Description: Learn whether the gripper is fully opened. If the return value is 1, the gripper is fully opened; if the value is
0, the gripper is not fully opened.

Control the grippers movement until its fully opened. When the gripper is fully opened, the chassis LED indicator is solid red for
one second.
