Function: chassis_ctrl.set_pwm_value(pwm_port_enum, output_percent)
Parameters:
pwm_port_enum(enum)

output_percent(int): [0, 100]
(1) Objective: Enables/disables the chassis accelerator
(2) Type: Settings block
(3) Example: Operate chassis accelerator When the chassis is moving automatically, this will enable you to
use the joystick to manually rotate or translate the chassis and increase its translation speed.
