LED Patterns During Charging
During charging, the LEDs blink in sequence to indicate the current battery level. Disconnect the battery
when charging is complete, and always use the ocially recommended battery charger to charge the
battery.

Battery Error LED Patterns
If a battery error occurs during charging, the LEDs indicate which error has occurred. At that time, the
battery stops charging. During charging, if no battery error has occurred, the LEDs indicate the current
battery level. Refer to the LED Patterns During Charging section for more information.
To check for battery errors while the battery is not being charged, press the power button. If no battery
error has occurred, the LEDs indicates the current battery level. Refer to the Checking Battery Level
section for more information.
Battery errors may also lead to warning prompts appearing in the mobile app when ying an aircraft.
The battery can x some errors automatically. If one of the following errors occurs, wait for the battery to
attempt to x them automatically.

• Only use an approved charger. DJI assumes no responsibility if the battery is charged using an
unapproved charger.
• DO NOT charge the battery near ammable materials or on ammable surfaces such as carpet
or wood.
• DO NOT leave the battery unattended during charging.
• There should be a distance of at least 30 cm between the battery charger and any charging
batteries. Otherwise, the battery charger or charging batteries may be damaged by excessive
heating and may even lead to a re hazard.
