      If the DMQ Control Unit's MSEV series valve seems slow to open (or close), verify that the USHX Gain settings align with the system requirements. Additionally, try manually actuating the valve by repeatedly connecting and disconnecting its power.

    How to troubleshoot high superheat on a DMQ Control Unit?

      If the superheat is high on your DMQ Control Unit, start by checking the voltage of the power source. The voltage should be near the intended supply voltage (24V or 12V) when leaving the transformer and entering the USHX. A low transformer voltage indicates a problem with the transformer or its wiring. If the transformer voltage is normal but the voltage entering the USHX is low, inspect the terminal connections or interconnecting wiring to the USHX.

      If the superheat is high on your DMQ Control Unit, check the mounting of the USHC temperature sensor. Ensure it's firmly mounted to the evaporator outlet at the 10 o’clock or 2 o’clock position and wrapped with insulated tape.
