Charging mobile phones / tablets and other devices
1. Select the correct type of connector and cable.
2. Put the USB connector into the 5 V / 1 A or 5 V / 2.1 A input on power bank.
3. Connect the charging cable to the charger and turn the button to "ON-" or "ON--".
Charging household appliances
1. Plug the plug into a 230V outlet.
2. Turn the button to "ON" or "ON--".
3. Power bank is able to supply power to appliances with less than 500 W consumption.
Note: If the output exceeds 240 V or is less than 200 V, the power bank stops working and starts the alarm. In this case,
immediately disconnect all devices from power bank.
Fuse replacement
1. Before replacing the fuse, remove all power sources and set the switch to the "OFF" position.
2. Remove the fuse by screwing counterclockwise.
3. When the spare fuse is connected, switch the button to the "ON" position and if the red light comes on, power off the power
bank immediately and try to reconnect the fuse.
Note: Power bank is under constant voltage. Avoid danger and do not handle it with wet hands.
Battery maintenance
Power bank batteries are sealed and maintenance-free. If it is connected to the power supply, it will start charging immediately,
regardless of whether it is switched on or off.
It is advisable to completely discharge and charge the power bank at least once every 2 months. If it is permanently located at higher
temperatures, we recommend charging it every month and for longer than 5 hours.
Battery life in normal operation is 58 years. When charging Power bank, use the specified cable.

Overheating
Disconnect the power supply, let air access to the air
vents, ensure that the surrounding temperature is
not too high and wait a few minutes for the power
bank to cool down. Then try to turn the power bank
on again. If it still does not work, contact your
supplier.
LED light indicator light is off,
power bank does not work
Internal fault
Contact your supplier.
The warning LED light
indicator is flashing
Too low battery voltage
1) Make sure that the switching button is in the "ON"
position.
2) Check the battery status. If it is damaged, replace
it.
Battery charging capacity is
too small
1) The battery is not fully charged
2) Power supply is overloaded
3) Capacity is smaller due to end-of-
battery life
1) Charge the power bank for more than 5 hours.
2) Disconnect unnecessary accessories.
3) Contact your supplier to replace the battery and
the required components.
Powerbank is on and power
supply does not work
1) The battery is discharged or the
voltage is too low
2) Internal fault
3) The indicator light is on even
though the power bank is not plugged
into a 230V power supply
1) Contact your supplier to replace the battery and
the required components.
2) Turn the switching button to the "OFF" position
and turn on again after 30 seconds. If this does not
help, contact your supplier.

What we need for quick complaint:
Number of the order,
The date when the fault was discovered,
Description of the fault (including an overview of which lights were shining or flashing),
Description of the problematic situation for the service to replicate the fault.
The warranty does not apply to:
Defects detected after the warranty period,
Damage caused by inappropriate handling of power bank,
Damages caused by water (IPX6),
Damages caused during transportation or due to inappropriate handling or because of negligence,
Defects caused by a natural disaster,
Cosmetic defects when power bank functionality is stable,
Power bank, which was opened by an unauthorized person.
Terms of Warranty Service
Complaints are only possible upon submission of the purchase receipt.
All claims relating to the repair or replacement of the damaged power bank are subject to our discretion.
In case of a repair or replacement of the power bank, the complaint will be processed within a legal deadline of 30 calendar
days. When repairing or replacing, a remanufactured functional part of another power bank may be used.
