Set temperature selector control 1

page 228) as required, but do not
turn the control below the middle po-
sition.
Set airflow control 2 ( page 228)
as required, but do not turn the con-
trol below the second speed.
Set the air distribution control as
shown.
Close the center air vents.
Close the air vents.
Open the side air vents half-way and
direct them at the side windows.
Ventilation
This setting rapidly ventilates the vehicle
interior.
Turn temperature selector control
1 ( page 228) to the lowest set-
ting (maximum cooling).
Set airflow control 2 ( page 228)
as required, but do not turn the con-
trol below the second speed.
Set air distribution control 5

page 228) to h.
Open as required:
the center air vents
the side air vents
the ventilation vents
