5. Insert a screwdriver or similar small tool into the hole
at the front of the center console and push the manual
override release lever.
6. Move the shift lever into the NEUTRAL position.
7. The vehicle may then be started in NEUTRAL.
8. Reinstall the shift lever override access cover in the
center console.
With Keyless Enter-N-Go — If Equipped
If the engine is running, press the START/STOP button to
turn it off. Release the brake pedal and press the START/
STOP button once or twice to go to the ON/RUN
position. Do not start the engine. Then, follow the in-
structions shown above to activate the override.
