1. Installation Steps

Detailed steps for installing the DoggyRide Mini, including cabin, wheels, and accessories.

1.1 Install Cabin

Unfold the cabin so that both sides stand upward vertical.

1.2 Riding Direction Wheels

Determine riding direction by tyre profile; V-shape must point forward for correct installation.

1.3 Connect Wheels

Position wheel, insert pin, inflate tires to 2.1 bar (30 psi). Check lock by pulling.

1.4 Remove Wheels

Push lever backward on holder to remove wheel.

1.5 Window Openings

Roll up windows and secure with buckle and cord.

1.6 Pouch

Rear opening has a pouch for items; close cover, beware items can fall out.

1.7 Bottle Holder

Rear opening contains a bottle holder; remove before unzipping rear opening.

1.8 Reflectors

Place reflectors below rear entry; mount by screwing through metal rings.

Install Stroller Kit

2.1 Install Swivel Wheel

Position trailer rear side up, push wheel bar into center holder.

2.2 Secure Swivel Wheel

Insert quick release pin, turn lever to lock.

2.3 Install Push Bar

Position push bar into rear holders, push pins into openings to secure.

2.4 Install Parking Brake

Slide brake over frame, align holes, insert and secure bolts with wrench no 10.

2.5 Use Parking Brake

Push red cap with foot to brake; push underneath to release.

Install Bike Trailer Kit

3.1 Install Tow Bar

Install tow bar into center holder at front, secure with quick release pin.

3.3 Install Hitch to Bike

Unscrew axle bolt or remove quick release pin, place hitch over axle, position pin backward, secure bolt.

3.4 Detach Trailer to Bike

Slide tow bar end over hitch pin, align holes, push safety pin through and lock.

3.5 Install Safety Flag

Insert safety flag into opening in canopy on left rear side.

Convert Between Trailer and Buggy

4.1 Store Tow Bar

Store tow bar on rear side holder, secure with quick release pin. Avoid injury if parked.

4.2 Install Front Wheel

Install the front wheel as described in section 2.1 and 2.2.

4.3 Install Tow Bar

Install the tow bar as described in section 2.3.

4.4 Install Parking Brake

Install the parking brake as described in section 2.4.

5.1 Store Swivel Wheel

Store front wheel at backside holder; push tube upward, push quick release through holder.

5.2 Install Tow Bar

Install the tow bar as described in section 3.1.

5.3 Install Safety Flag

Install the safety flag as described in section 3.5.

Maintenance and Storage

Wheels Maintenance

Check tire pressure, clean wheels, check tire profile, and inflate tires to 2.1 bar.

Frame Maintenance

Clean frame with mild soap and warm water; avoid thinner or acetone.

Tow Bar Check

Regularly check tow bar for damage or cracks; replace if damaged.

Canopy Cleaning

Clean canopy with lukewarm water and mild soap. Ensure dry storage.

Storage Guidelines

Store in dry space, avoid direct sunlight, store wheels separately to prevent dents.

Not for human transport. Adhere to speed limits (15 mph/25 km/h). Do not overload (55 lbs/25 kg).
