Customer Service
If against all expections your coolbox should not operate properly, please perform following
checks, before notifying the service:
- Ventilation : Are all ventilation openings freely accessible ?
- Placement : Is the appliance standing horizontally and in cool place ?
- Thermostat : Is the unit switched on ?
Is the thermostat knob in the right position ?
- Fuse : Check the fuse under the rear cover ?
- Energy : Is there a current in the socket ?
For DC use : Is the tension of your battery sufficient?
- Ice forming: Has an ice-layer been formed on the evaporator ? Defrost your coolbox
regularly.
- Food : Was a large quantity of “warm” food put in at one time ?
If after checking the above, the appliance still does not operate properly, contact your custo-
mer service centre. When reporting the problem, state the type of problem, the type of
appliance, product number and serial number from the data plate located on the rear cover of
the product.
