What to do if the DPL Pool Equipment 50HPRA-410 has a high pressure switch?
    • S
      Steven MorrisJul 30, 2025
High pressure conditions usually result from insufficient water flow in the heat exchanger. Check for obstructions in the water supply circuit and clean out the filter system.

Why the digital display thermostat is active but the compressor and the ventilator(s) of my DPL Pool Equipment 50HPRA-410 Swimming Pool Pump do not function?
    • V
      Victor HoganAug 5, 2025
There are several reasons why the compressor and ventilator(s) might not function: 1. The unit could be in a 5-minute time delay mode to stabilize system pressures. If this is the case, wait for 5 minutes. 2. The temperature control might be set too low. Try raising the desired temperature level. 3. The desired water temperature might have been reached. The unit will restart automatically when the water temperature falls below the thermostat setting; in this case, wait for the water temperature to fall.

What to do if the digital display thermometer of my DPL Pool Equipment 50HPRA-410 will not provide a reading?
    • C
      Caroline WilliamsAug 9, 2025
If the digital display thermometer isn't providing a reading, it could be due to: * A tripped electrical breaker. Turn the breaker back on. * Insufficient water flow or a non-working filter pump. Start the water pump.

Why DPL Pool Equipment Swimming Pool Pump has time delay?
    • K
      Kenneth Thomas DDSAug 14, 2025
A time delay occurs due to an attempted startup before system pressures have equalized. Wait for 5 minutes to allow the pressures to equalize.

What does it mean if my DPL Pool Equipment 50HPRA-410 has a low pressure switch?
    • M
      Michael LoganAug 19, 2025
A low pressure situation usually results from a refrigerant leak or an ambient temperature below 10 °C.

Why the digital display thermostat of my DPL Pool Equipment Swimming Pool Pump lights up, dims out, lights up, dims out at irregular intervals?
    • O
      ojohnsonAug 25, 2025
There is probably some kind of pump operation defect which can occur for many reasons: Excessively high refrigerant pressure, Excessively high water temperature, Fan motor failure, Evaporator freeze-up, Low ambient temperature.
