The ZA 105-K is a rack and pinion drive designed for the electric opening and closing of windows and flaps in both facade and roof areas. It is suitable for indoor mounting only and can be used for smoke extraction as part of a D+H Euro-SHEV system in accordance with DIN EN 12101-2, as well as for daily ventilation. The device operates on a 230 VAC supply.
The device is supplied with a 2.5 m silicone cable. Bracket sets are available separately, depending on the type of window.

The ZA 105-K is available in a standard version and a version without a tube (option "-OT"). Bracket sets must be ordered separately. The device's dimensions vary based on the stroke length. For a stroke ≥ 165 mm, the total length is "Nominal stroke + 162" for the standard version and "Nominal stroke + 223" for the "-OT" version. For stroke lengths of 82 mm or 100 mm, specific dimensions apply.

Inspection and maintenance must be carried out according to D+H maintenance notes. Only original D+H spare parts may be used, and repairs must be carried out exclusively by D+H. Debris or contamination should be wiped away with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use cleaning agents or solvents.
A 2-year guarantee is provided for all D+H products from the date of verified handover of the system, up to a maximum of 3 years after the date of delivery, provided that mounting and starting have been carried out by an authorized D+H distributor. The D+H guarantee expires if D+H components are connected with external systems or mixed with parts from other manufacturers.
Electrical devices, accessories, batteries, and packaging should be sorted for environmentally friendly recycling. Do not dispose of electrical devices and batteries in household waste. For EC countries, in accordance with European Guideline 2012/19/EU for waste electrical and electronic equipment, electrical devices that are no longer usable must be collected separately and disposed of in an environmentally correct manner.
