Choose mode: AC WIRE, METAL, or STUD.
Place detector parallel to wall for calibration.
Press & hold ON/OFF switch to start calibration.
Calibration ends when audible signal stops.
Hold switch and begin detection after calibration.
Avoid wet surfaces; check for live wire indicator ©; clear area.
Remove metal jewelry from hands before scanning.
Hold detector with one hand; other hand >15cm away.
Perform measurements multiple times for precision.
If signal is weak, try a different measurement location.
Diode blinking may mean static charge; touch wall to discharge.
Install new DC 9V battery before first use or when indicator is visible.
