How to fix a hard to pull recoil on a DR Power DR LAWN EDGER?

If the recoil on your DR Power Lawn Mower is hard to pull or won't pull out, it might be due to an oil compression lock in the cylinder. To resolve this, remove the spark plug, cover the spark plug hole with a rag, and pull the recoil cord several times to clear any oil from the cylinder. Then, clean the spark plug and reinstall it.
