      If the buttons on your Drive-Eye Dash Camera aren't working, it may be due to a short circuit from connecting other equipment. To resolve this, reboot the device by pressing and holding the POWER and UP buttons. If you're using a microSD card, remove it and make sure it's formatted before putting it back in.
