Remove the frame, backrest set, and headrest from the carton for assembly.
Insert front casters into the frame and secure with "E" clips.
Insert quick release pins into rear wheels and slide into frame until locked.
Insert footrests into front legs from outside and turn inward until locked.
Insert supporting poles into the back of seat frame and secure with lock knobs.
Use Allen key to loosen screws, adjust footplate angle, and re-tighten.
Slide commode bucket underneath seat into the receptacle.
Remove cover over commode bucket before use.
Ensure toilet seat is down before use; read instructions before installation.
Inspect for damage, ensure "E" clips and all hardware are secure.
Fold footrests when not in use; users may need supervision or assistance.
Use arms for assistance only; push arms back for transfer.
Perform periodic visual inspections of parts and hardware for safety.
