      If your Droplet Indoor Fireplace flame is producing smoke, even when you adjust the settings, there might be several reasons. First, ensure the door gasket is properly sealed by tightening the door handle (counter-clockwise) and checking if the gasket needs replacement. The burner orifices could be blocked, so try cleaning the burner with a metallic brush. Also, check the oil level in the tank and fill it up if it's low. If you are using an exterior tank, make sure you are using only oil #1. Impurities in the oil line or filters can cause this issue too, so check the filters on the tank and valve.       If the flame on your Droplet Indoor Fireplace is long and smoky on position 6 (maximum), and there's soot buildup on the glass, it could be due to several factors. One possibility is that position 6 was reached too quickly. Try setting the flow regulating handle to position 1, wait for combustion to stabilize, and then progressively increase the flow to the desired position. Another reason may be that the maximum flow is too high; in this case, set the flow to a lower position and consider calling a qualified technician to adjust the valve. A dirty cleaning tee or burner can also cause this issue. Activate the cleaning tee according to procedures and schedule a burner cleaning at the next shut-off.
