Preparations for Play
Select ihe correct speed ond recond indexing size
for the record to be plaved, then insert cither the
short spindle (for single play) or the Elewater-
Action
spindle
(for
changer
operation).
Single Play
1. Agtomatic Start:
move the slide
switch bo START,
2, Aolomatic Start with
Cue-Contral, First
move Cue-Contral
lo poxition “WF. then
move slide switch to stant. (This provides an
even more gradual loncarm descent, as sometimes
preferred for ultra high compliance curtridges,)
1. Manual Start (on rotating record)
a. Lift tonearm

b. Place tonearm
on record, -
4. Manual Start (on motiontess record):

Automatic Changer Operation

Plus these additional functicens:
1. To reject a record during play and change to the wert
record on the spindle,

2. Te ship the next record on the spindle:
Push to stor. After that record drops, push to
START and the meal record will drop
Nork: Any record already on the platter can be
replayed cither aulomatically or manually, with or
without Cue-(Control, just as with the single play
spindle. If there are any records on top of the one
you Winh to replay, simply lift them: back onto the
platform or off the spindle, (The 3-pronged plat-
form will retract into the spindle aa the records
sip pas.) No need ta remove the spindle itself,
