Clean joints, use dry nitrogen, debur tube, use swage fitting, apply heat absorbing paste, braze, quench.

Leak Check

Check lines and coil after brazing and before evacuation using trace refrigerant and dry nitrogen.

Evacuating And Charging Instructions

Units are factory pre-charged for 15 ft. tubing. Avoid releasing refrigerant to atmosphere.

Operate unit, measure pressure/temp at liquid valve. Calculate subcooling. Adjust charge based on subcooling.
