6. Assembly and adjustment
The vehicle is delivered folded and with the handlebar removed.
1. Extend the stem.
2. Raise the handlebar rod, place the lever in the closed position and lower the safety ring.
3. Install the handlebar on the shaft (A)
4. Install the hook (B) by bringing it closer to the shaft, taking care to align it with the holes,
and insert the screws.
5. Insert the screw on the outside into the hole located under the control panel (C).
6. Tighten the screws.
7. Bring the plastic plate close to the second hole/profile of the control panel, match it up
and then insert and tighten the screw (D).
8. Charge the battery to 100%
9. Adjust the folding mechanism (E)
10. Adjust the braking system (chapter 8)
11. Check the tyre pressure (2.5 bar).
If the lever is too loose when closing, tighten the front Allen screw just enough to increase the
safety grip.
