      An under-temperature fault in Duke Control Systems indicates that the shelf temperature has been below the factory preset for over thirty minutes continuously. This can happen if the heating element circuit opens or the RTD Feedback signal is faulty. You should not use the unit until a qualified service technician addresses the problem.
