Use the power cable supplied with your device, as incorrect cabling can cause excessive voltage drop. * The battery protection level might be too high. Lower it to ‘MED’ or ‘LOW’ because battery voltage output reduces with use, and your power source may not be supplying enough voltage to reach the restart voltage level of the ‘HIGH’ protection setting. If this fixes the issue, troubleshoot the original power source. * There might be a power source issue. Try a different power source (e.g., power station, vehicle battery, or 240V AC).
