materials or workmanship. This Duracell® product carries a 1-year limited warranty
from the date of purchase.
If found to be defective, this Duracell® product will be replaced without charge when

beyond normal usage. This guarantee gives you specific legal rights, and you may also
have other rights which vary from state to state. Should any device be damaged by this
product due to defects in the product arising from faulty materials or workmanship,
Battery-Biz will repair or replace (at our option) the device, provided both device and
