    Why won't my DUROMAX Portable Generator start?

      Your DUROMAX Portable Generator might not start due to several reasons. Ensure the engine switch is set to “ON” and the fuel valve is “OPEN”. Check if the choke is closed and that there is enough fresh fuel in the generator. A dirty or broken spark plug, an unleveled generator, or low oil levels can also prevent the engine from starting. Clean or replace the spark plug, level the generator, or add/change the oil as needed.
