Why dymax Lighting Equipment lamp will not ignite or flickers?

If your dymax Lighting Equipment lamp won't ignite, flickers, or won't maintain operation, there are several possible causes. First, ensure all connections are securely fastened. Check if the main line fuses have blown and replace them if defective. Inspect the lamp bases for corrosion and replace them if needed, replacing both at the same time. Consider whether the bulb is beyond its useful life (typically 2,000 hours) and replace it if defective. If the lamp lights with a second Power Supply, contact Dymax for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) as the Power Supply may have failed. Similarly, if the lamp lights with a second Reflector Housing, contact Dymax for an RMA because the Reflector Housing may have malfunctioned.
