NOTE: The items below are packed together in a small poly bag and can be
found when you open the carton.
STEP 2. Place the steel washer (#1) onto the front fork (see Figure 4).
STEP 3. Place the handlebar clamp (#2) onto the front fork and on top of
the steel washer (#1) (see Figure 5); Do not tighten the handlebar clamp
at this time.
STEP 4. Slide the protective cap (#3) onto the handlebar and put it all the way
up (see Figure 6 on page 7).
STEP 5. Insert the handlebar into the frame head tube to the minimum
insertion mark, (see Figure 7 on page 7) then align handlebar and
the front fork.
