Function Description:
The Dynamic Saunas are infrared saunas designed to provide therapeutic heat. Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air, infrared saunas use infrared rays to directly penetrate and warm the body, a process called "conversion." This allows for a lower ambient air temperature while still achieving a deep warming effect. The infrared spectrum is divided into near, middle, and far infrared, with far infrared being particularly effective at penetrating organic substances like the human body (two to three inches) for a uniform warming effect. Infrared rays are considered safe and beneficial, similar to the infrared heat lamps used by health professionals for muscle and joint problems, and in incubators for newborns. The saunas are designed to induce perspiration, which helps in the natural cooling process of perspiring and aids in the removal of toxins and heavy metals from the body.

Usage Features:
- Temperature Regulation: Users can regulate the internal temperature to their comfort level using the control panel. The movable roof ventilation or slightly opening the door can also help.
- Pre-heating: It is recommended to pre-heat the sauna room to the desired temperature before entering.
- Hydration: Drink water before, during, and after sessions to replenish body fluids.
- Towel Use: Use towels on the bench to absorb perspiration and on the floor (for Ceramic Model Saunas) to catch perspiration. Avoid placing towels over floor heat emitters.
- Therapeutic Benefits: The manual suggests potential benefits such as pain relief (Rheumatoid Arthritis), relaxing muscle spasms, increased blood circulation, cardiovascular conditioning, clearing rashes/acne, reducing cellulite, removing toxins, reducing stress/fatigue, and enhancing skin tone. - Targeted Heating: Ankles and feet can be elevated and moved closer to heat emitters for a deeper heating effect.

- Post-Sauna Cool Down: After a session, it's advised to sit in the sauna with the door open slightly to cool down gradually before showering or bathing.

Maintenance Features:
- Cleaning: Infrared saunas require minimal maintenance. They can be wiped down with water and a soft, clean cloth. Avoid using cleaning chemicals as they can be absorbed by the wood.
- Power Conservation: Unplug the sauna when not in use to conserve energy.
- Troubleshooting: The manual provides solutions for common issues such as no heat from emitters (check connections, temperature sensor), control panel malfunctioning (check CTRL wire harness, reset power supply), and no power (check wall outlet, circuit breaker, power supply reset button).
- Temperature Sensor: The sauna may include a spare temperature sensor in case the original is damaged during transit.
- Warranty: Golden Designs, Inc. offers a limited lifetime warranty on heating elements and electronics, and a 1-year limited warranty on the wood structure and radio. The warranty is valid for indoor use only, and outdoor placement voids it. Proof of purchase is required, and the warranty card must be mailed back within 60 days of purchase.
