The DynaSun W110 is a smart window cleaning robot designed to adhere to window surfaces using a vacuum motor. It incorporates artificial intelligence (AI) technology to calculate optimal cleaning routes, detect frames, and ensure thorough cleaning of windows. The robot is equipped with two specially designed cleaning wheels and uses easy-to-change microfiber cloths, which mimic the movement of a human hand for effective cleaning. An Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) system is integrated to prevent the robot from falling in the event of a power interruption, providing up to 30 minutes of backup power. However, for safety, the robot must always be connected to the power supply during operation.
The DynaSun W110 is primarily used for cleaning windows, tiles, and other smooth surfaces. It offers three automatic cleaning modes to ensure complete coverage. Users can also control the robot in a manual mode via a remote control. To operate, the robot needs to be connected to the mains power. After turning on the switch and ensuring the fan is running, the robot is placed on the window, approximately 10cm from the frame. It's crucial to verify that the cleaner adheres firmly to the window before releasing it. When removing the product, the user should press the Pause button on the remote control, hold the safety rope with one hand, and carefully remove the product from the window with the other, then turn off the switch in a safe area. The robot automatically stops once cleaning is finished.
The DynaSun W110 is suitable for glass of any thickness, tiles, and various smooth surfaces. It comes with 12 high-quality microfiber cloths. For safety, it is recommended to secure the safety rope to a stable element before use and to check that the rope and knot are not damaged or loose. The robot should not be used on unframed windows, broken or streaked glass, or in rainy or humid conditions. A safe area should be established under windows or doors without balconies. Before first use, the battery should be fully charged (indicated by a green light). An orange light indicates charging.

To ensure optimal performance, the microfiber cloths should be changed when dirty. For cleaning, it is recommended to use clean, dry cloths initially to remove dust and dirt. When cloths are dirty, they should be changed. A small amount of cleaner (1-2 sprays) can be applied to the lower wheel, keeping the upper wheel dry. Over-wetting the cloth should be avoided as it can hinder the robot's movement. Cleaning and maintenance should not be carried out by children. The product does not include an external timer or remote control for maintenance.
Only the supplied power adapter should be used. The adapter should be properly ventilated and not covered. It should not be used in humid environments or touched with wet hands. The adapter and power cord should be checked for damage. The adapter should not be disassembled. If damaged or exposed to moisture, consult a DynaSun W110 distributor. The battery should not be disassembled, heated above 60°C (140°F), or burned, as it could ignite or cause chemical burns. For disposal, the product should be taken to an electrical and electronic waste disposal center.
The safety and operating instructions should be retained for future reference. The robot should not be exposed to rain, external humidity, liquids, direct sunlight, intense light, or heat sources. It should be kept away from strong magnetic fields and out of reach of children.
