  If you receive this message, and your Dynex Floppy Disk Drive is connected through a USB hub, try using a self-powered USB hub that has its own AC adapter. Avoid connecting the Floppy Disk Drive to the USB port of a Macintosh keyboard. Instead, connect the Floppy Disk Drive directly to a USB port on your computer.

  If your Dynex Floppy Disk Drive is not being recognized, ensure that the USB cable and power connector are securely connected.   If your Dynex Floppy Disk Drive is unable to read a disk, first verify that you have inserted the correct disk into the drive. The USB Floppy Disk Drive supports DOS-formatted 1.44 MB and 720 kb disks, as well as Mac-formatted 1.4 MB disks. Note that it does not support Mac-formatted 800 kb disks.
