  If you receive this message, and your Dynex Floppy Disk Drive is connected through a USB hub, try using a self-powered USB hub that has its own AC adapter. Avoid connecting the Floppy Disk Drive to the USB port of a Macintosh keyboard. Instead, connect the Floppy Disk Drive directly to a USB port on your computer.
