Replacement of wear parts should only be performed by a certied E-TWOW tech-
nician.
Self-tightening nuts as well as the other self-tightening fastenings may lose their
eciency and they may need to be retightened.
The tightening standard of the screws is 20 N/m but it is only used for the screws
that hold the xed parts of the scooter.
Screws or nuts that are part of the scooter’s adjusting elements are only accessi-
ble to technicians from E-TWOW authorized service centers. Please contact your

If you want to replace some components of the scooter at your own risk, you can
contact an E-TWOW representative to purchase components or accessories.
