6 WARRANTY POLICY
6.1 Warranty Scope
• This time limited warranty applies for all the E-series models for a period of 24 months after the first retail purchase.
This warranty covers the electronic parts (display, motor, charger, and motherboard) against manufacturing and
material defects. For battery: 12 months or 2000km (whichever comes first).
• This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
6.2 Warranty Limitations
This limited warranty does not cover any damage to the product caused by:

• Careless use, misuse, abuse, neglect, commercial use, shock, heat, humidity, wrongfully installations when home repairing,
punctures, salt, bad maintenance, or modifications on the scooter. No type of external influence will be covered.
• Poor maintenance, incorrect charging, incorrect storage, incorrect use, ie: exceeding maximum weight, height and/or age
restriction, riding down stairs, against walls or down/up curbs, other types of extreme sports, etc.
• Accidents, crashes, riding over obstacles, racing, fire, if the product has been submerged under water, high pressure water,
earthquakes, falls, oxidation, or chemical corrosion. Water damages are not covered by warranty unless they are a result of
manufacturing defects.
• If the product has been tampered with and delivered without its original parts. Faults caused by other equipment.
• Improper packaging or incorrectly returns to the dealer.
• Modification - use of a third party product that has not been purchased by E-wheels Norge AS / E-Wheels Europe AB
