Why won't my EarthQuake Power Tool start?
    • B
      Brandon BentleyJul 27, 2025
If your EarthQuake Power Tool won't start, there are several potential causes. First, ensure the battery pack is properly connected by removing it, checking for obstructions, cleaning the contacts, and reinserting it firmly until it locks. Next, verify the battery pack is adequately charged by confirming the charger is connected and functioning correctly, allowing sufficient time for recharging. If the battery pack is old, consider replacing it after proper disposal or recycling. Finally, internal damage or wear may be the culprit, in which case, have a technician service the tool.

Why is my EarthQuake Power Tool overheating?
    • L
      Lynn ManningAug 4, 2025
If your EarthQuake Power Tool is overheating, it could be due to forcing the tool to work too fast; allow the tool to work at its own pace. Another possible cause is blocked motor housing vents. To resolve this, wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and a NIOSH-approved dust mask/respirator while using compressed air to blow dust out of the motor.

What to do if my EarthQuake Power Tool operates slowly?
    • D
      Darlene SpencerAug 12, 2025
If your EarthQuake Power Tool is operating slowly, it might be because you are forcing it to work too fast. Allow the tool to work at its own rate. Alternatively, the battery pack may be wearing out. If this is the case, dispose of the old battery pack properly or recycle it and replace it with a new one.

    • M
      Megan LozanoAug 18, 2025
