Why is the blue light on but no mist coming from my Easy@Home Humidifier?

  If the power indicator light is blue on your Easy@Home Humidifier, but no mist is coming out, first, ensure the Water Tank has water. Then, check for any blockages at the mist output and the Fan Vent on the bottom. After that, empty and rinse the Water Basin with cool tap water. Finally, inspect the Water Level Sensor and Heating Element for mineral deposits.

  If you notice condensation forming around your Easy@Home Humidifier and windows, adjust the Control Knob to decrease the mist output to low. Additionally, try leaving the room door slightly open while the humidifier is running.

What to do if my Easy@Home Humidifier stopped and the red light is on?

  If your Easy@Home Humidifier has stopped, the blue light is off, and a small red light is on, adjust the Control Knob to turn the humidifier off and unplug it. Wait for 5 minutes, then plug it back in and turn the knob to your desired mist level.

  If the power indicator light is blue but no mist is coming out of your Easy@Home Humidifier, first, check if there is water in the water tank. Ensure nothing is blocking the mist output or the fan vent on the bottom of the humidifier. You may also need to empty and rinse the water basin with cool tap water and check for mineral deposits on the water level sensor and heating element.

What to do if Easy@Home Humidifier stopped with red light on?

  If your Easy@Home Humidifier has stopped, the blue light is off, and a small red light is on, adjust the control knob to turn the humidifier off and unplug it. Then, empty the water basin, turn it over, and use a tiny object to press the center of the Red Reset Button on the bottom of the humidifier.

  If there is a strange odor coming from your Easy@Home Humidifier, clean the Water Tank with a water and vinegar solution, then rinse with clean water. Also, leave the empty Water Tank open in a cool place for some time without the Water Tank Cap attached.
