PREPARATION AND INSPECTION
GENERAL PREPARATION
This section provides the operators the essential information to
get the machine ready to work and list the checks to be per-
mormed with positive result before operating the machine. It’s
important that the infos given in this section are read and un-
derstood before using the machine.
Ensure that all the necessary inspections have been done with
positive out-comes before using the machine. These proce-
dures have the purpose of lengthening the working life of the
machine and ensure its safety.
MAKING READY FOR USE
Before to find out a new machine it is necessary to inspect it
carefully any evidence of damage sustained during shipment
and then to give it routine inspections as indicated in the section
"Inspections to be done routinely and on receiving the machine".
During start up and initial operation, the machine must be
checked to be sure thet there’s no hydraulic oil leakage. Chech
that every component is well fixedin his position.
The activities for making the machine ready for use come under
the responsibility of the personnel in charge. Make ready re-
quires common sense (for example the telescopic element
should extend and retract without encountering obstacles and
the turntable rotation should work correctly) combined with a
series of visual inspec-tions. The compulsory requisites are
listed in the section "Daily visual inspections".
It is necessary to verify that the directions listed in the sections
"Inspections on receipt", "Routine Inspections" and "Daily work-
ing order check" have been followed.
IMPORTANT
Since the manufacturer is unable to exercise any
direct control over the inspections on the spot and
main-tenance work, these activities fall under the
exclusive responsibility of the owner and the op-
erator.

Dette afsnit indeholder de oplysninger, som er nødvendige for
at operatøren kan tage maskinen i brug, samt en liste over de
kontroller, som skal udføres med positivt resultat, før maskinen
må bruges.
Det er vigtigt, at oplysningerne i dette afsnit er læst og forstået
inden maskinen bruges. Sørg for, at de nødvendige inspektioner
er udført med tilfredsstillende resultat, inden maskinen tages i
brug. Disse procedurer har til formål at forlænge maskinens
levetid og garantere dens sikkerhed.
FORBEREDELSE TIL BRUG
Før en ny maskine tages i brug, er det nødvendigt at den
omhyggeligt kontrolleres mhp. at afsløre et hvilket som helst
tegn på skader, som er opstået under transporten. Derefter
fortsættes med de periodiske eftersyn som anført i afsnittene
"Kontrol ved modtagelsen og periodiske eftersyn".
Under først start og ibrugtagning, skal maskinen kontrolleres
omhyggeligt for at kontrollere, at der ikke lækker hydraulisk olie.
Alle komponenter skal kontrolleres for at sikre, at de er på plads.
Forberedelserne, som gør maskinen klar til brug, hører under
det ledende personales ansvar. Forberedelsen kræver, at der
bruges sund dømmekraft (f.eks. skal teleskopelementet køre
ind og ud uden forhindringer, og tårnet skal dreje korrekt) og en
række visuelle inspektioner. De nødvendige krav er anført i
afsnittet "Daglig, visuel inspektion".
Det er nødvendigt at kontrollere, at anvisninger, som er anført i
afsnittene "Inspektion ved modtagelsen", "Periodisk
inspektioner" og "Daglig funktionskontrol", er opfyldt.
VIGTIGT
Da fabrikanten ikke kan udføre direkte kontrol med
inspektionerne på stedet og vedligeholdelsen, er
disse ejerens og operatørens eneansvar.
