PREPARATION AND INSPECTION
5 Begin each working day with the batteries charged
and/or a full tank of fuel.
6 Check that the brakes work correctly when the ma-
chine is moving on a slope with gradient not exceed-
ing the specification in the technical data, and stop the
machine.
7 Ensure that all the parts requiring lubrication are
given maintenance.
Refer to the specific pages for the methods to be
adopted.
WARNING
To avoid injury, do not operate the machine unless
all breakdowns have been repaired.
The use of a defective machine constitutes a vio-
lation of the safety rules.
To avoid injuries ensure that the electrical current
is switched off during the daily visual inspection.
NOTE
Check visually and manually that the safety mi-
croswitches are in position and that they are work-
ing correctly.
NOTE
After changing the oil on new and recently over-
hauled machines and all those which have had the
hydraulic oil changed, operate all the movements
for at least two full cycles and check the oil level in
the tank again.

maskinen bevæger sig på en hældning, som ikke
overskrider hvad der er specificeret i de tekniske data,
og stop den.
7 Sørg for, at alle dele, som kræver smøring,
vedligeholdes.

VIGTIGT
For at undgå kvæstelser, må maskinen ikke
bruges, før alle defekter er blevet repareret. Brug
af en defekt maskine udgør et brud på
sikkerhedsbestemmelserne.
For at undgå kvæstelser, skal det sikres, at
strømforsyningen er afbrudt, mens den daglige,
visuelle inspektion udføres.
BEMÆRK
Kontroller, både visuelt og manuelt, at
sikkerhedsmikroafbryderne er blokeret i position
og fungerer korrekt.
BEMÆRK
På nye maskiner, maskiner som har gennemgået
eftersyn og alle maskiner efter udskiftning af den
hydrauliske olie, skal alle bevægelser udføres i
mindst to komplette cyklusser hvorefter olien
igen kontrolleres i tanken.
