The iDry Body Dryer is a total body drying system designed for convenient and hygienic drying in wet rooms or shower cubicles. It is a British-made product, emphasizing quality and adherence to strict control procedures.

Function Description:

The iDry Body Dryer provides an alternative to towel drying by circulating warm air around the body. It features two speed settings: a moderate airflow for initial drying and an increased airflow for more thorough drying. The system re-circulates warm air, and the ambient temperature can be influenced by changes in the space, such as opening a shower door.

Usage Features:

• Convenient Installation: The iDry Body Dryer is designed to fit conveniently into the corner of a wet room or shower cubicle.
• Remote Control: The device is operated via a remote control, which can be positioned at a desired location on the wall. The remote connects to the main unit via a PVC connector.
• Speed Settings: Users can select between two airflow speeds. Pressing the remote once activates a moderate speed, recommended for use while showering. Pressing it again increases the airflow for faster drying after showering.
• Adjustable Leg Length: The length of the dryer leg can be reduced by a maximum of 44cm to accommodate different installation situations. It is recommended not to cut across the tear-drop pores on the leg.
• Safety Precautions:
  • Keep fingers and hands away from moving parts inside the pod.
  • Do not operate the dryer unless it is fully assembled.
  • Do not attempt to open the pod of the body dryer.
  • Only use the dryer after sufficient instruction, knowledge, and supervision.
• Installation Requirements:
  • Installation must be carried out by a "part p" certified electrician to ensure compliance with building regulations.
  • Non-ferrous screws should always be used for fixing to prevent corrosion.
  • A thin bead of heat-resistant silicone should be applied around the collar before fixing the leg top to ensure a strong and airtight seal.
  • The bracket for the pod should be fixed to the wall 198cm from the base and 13.5cm from the corner.

Maintenance Features:

• Cleaning: The dryer can be wiped down with warm soapy water or any good quality detergent.
• Recycling: The iDry Body Dryer is marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol, indicating that it should not be disposed of with general household waste. Users are encouraged to recycle their old electrical and electronic devices at local recycling centers or through participating body dryer resellers. This helps save natural resources and prevents hazardous substances from contaminating soil and water in landfills.

Warranty and Support:

The body dryer comes with a two-year guarantee covering breakdown repairs due to faulty materials, defective components, or manufacturing defects, including the cost of functional replacement parts and labor by an iDry approved repairer. The guarantee does not cover accidental damage, misuse, abuse, external or appearance parts (remote, PVC connector, foot, legs), or repairs resulting from unauthorized repair or inexpert installation.
