  If there's no playback on your easymaxx Lighting Equipment, ensure the device is switched on via the wall switch. Also, check that the device is properly connected to the audio source, following the instructions in the "Use" chapter. Verify that playback has been initiated from the audio source and that the volume isn't set too low; increase the volume on the audio source.

  If your easymaxx Lighting Equipment isn't showing up on the Bluetooth menu of your audio source, make sure the device is switched on via the wall switch. Also, the device might already be connected to another audio source. Disconnect the current audio source via the terminal device itself, and then connect the new audio source to the device.

  If the colors are hardly discernible on your easymaxx Lighting Equipment, it might be because the white light is still switched on. Try switching off the white light using the O AUS (off) button (a) on the remote control before selecting a color mode.
