Do you have a question about the Easyrig STABIL and is the answer not in the manual?
Adjust the tension on your Vario 5 to match the Easyrig STABIL. Skip if using Cinema 3. Lock Vario 5 arm at lowest position to avoid interference.
Turn knob clockwise to increase spring tension (clicks indicate setting). Turn counter-clockwise to decrease. Supports 5-25 kg (11-55 lbs).
Place camera hook in front of upper arm, slide to preferred location, and lock. Ball bearings enable smooth lateral movement.
Open Vario 5 cover, turn 4 corner nuts counter-clockwise to slide power pack up or down for height adjustment.
Release two screws on upper block (under rubber bellow) to raise upper arm. Ensure Vario 5 power pack is at its lowest before this.
Line up holes and insert the locking pin located in the base of the arm to lock it at 90 degrees. Screw pin until flush with arm side.
