Quick Reference Guide
This guide is intended to be used as a quick reference to
the EasyTouch® HealthPro™ User Manual. Please read the
complete manual before using the EasyTouch® HealthPro™
Glucose Monitoring System.
Please refer to pages 38-40 in the EasyTouch® HealthPro™ User Manual
for additional information.

Performing a Test
Detailed instructions on setting up your meter with the date,
time and number of days for test averaging can be found in
the EasyTouch® HealthPro™ User Manual.
Meter may be defective. Reboot meter with new
batteries.
Test strip may be contaminated or used. Retest with
new test strip.
Insucient amount of sample blood placed on the
test strip. Retest with new test strip.
Inadequate sample of blood or control solution on
test strip. Retest with new test strip.
Blood sample is placed on the test strip before the
symbol for blood blinks.
Color bars on the back of strip are dirty, bad or there
is too much light. Retest with new test strip.
Ambient temperature is less than 50˚F (10˚C). Wait
10 minutes and retest with new test strip.
Ambient temperature is over 104˚F (40˚C). Wait 10
minutes and retest with new test strip.
Test result is lower than 20mg/dl. Repeat test to
ensure accurate results.
Test result is higher than 600mg/dl. Repeat test to
ensure accurate results.
To retrieve your test results, press and release
the “ ” button. Most recent results appears rst.
Press the “ ” and “ ” buttons to navigate
through your previous test results.
To retrieve your test averaging, press and release
the “ ” button when viewing your most recent
test result. To switch between day-averaging
presets, press the “ ” and “ ” buttons.
Reviewing Your Results
The EasyTouch® HealthPro™ Meter stores up to 365 test
results in its built-in memory, along with the average sugar
level for the number of days you preset the glucose test
meter to calculate.

Insert a test strip rmly into the test port. The
meter will automatically turn on and read the
test strip code. A blinking test strip “ ” will
appear when the meter is ready for testing.
Place blood sample onto the end of the test
strip. When the test strip has collected the blood
sample (0.5µL), the meter will beep and
automatically start counting down.
After 5 seconds, your blood glucose result will
appear on the display and will automatically be
stored into the meter’s memory. The meter will
automatically turn o.

Ambient temperature less than 50°F (10°C). Wait 10 mins and retest.

Hi High Temperature Warning

Ambient temperature over 104°F (40°C). Wait 10 mins and retest.

Lo Low Result

Test result is lower than 20mg/dl. Repeat test to ensure accurate results.

Hi High Result

Test result is higher than 600mg/dl. Repeat test to ensure accurate results.

Performing a Test

Step 1: Insert Test Strip

Insert a test strip firmly into the test port. Meter turns on and reads code.

Step 2: Apply Blood Sample

Place blood sample onto the end of the test strip. Meter beeps and starts countdown.

Step 3: View Result

After 5 seconds, glucose result appears and is stored. Meter turns off.

Reviewing Your Results

Step 1: Retrieve Test Results

Press "o" button. Most recent results appear first. Use "▲" and "▼" to navigate.

Step 2: Retrieve Test Averaging

Press "▲" button to view averaging. Use "▲" and "▼" to switch presets.
