When the device is switched off, and the
date and time appear in the display in alter-
nation:
Press the button Alt. Display until the
display shows ...
- the symbol :
When the device is switched off, only
the time will be displayed.
- DATE and :
When the device is switched off, the
time and date will be displayed in
alternation.
- CITY and DATE and :
When the device is switched off, the
time and date as well as the travel
destination time region will be display-
ed in alternation.
10. Self-Help
Do not open the housing of the device –
there are no operating elements contained
inside.
a) Cleaning
Only clean the device with a soft, dry cloth.
Do not use any cleansers or abrasive
agents, these could scratch the housing
and in particular the display window.
b) If Something Does Not Function
Remove all batteries for 2-3 minutes and
unplug any external power supply connec-
ted to the device if it does not react as des-
cribed in this manual. Now it should func-
tion properly again.
