Possible Cause - Solution
A file being copied to/from a connected
Bluetooth device appears to be
transferring very slowly.
You may have the Bluetooth control panel (Settings > Devices > Bluetooth)
open. When transferring data between the computer and a Bluetooth enabled
device, make sure that the Bluetooth control panel is closed.

My internal microphone seems to be
disabled and/or I can still hear sound
from the speakers even though I have
plugged headphones into the headphone
jack.
You have disabled “Front panel jack detection” in Connector Settings in the
Realtek HD Audio Manager control panel. Go to the Realtek HD Audio
Manager and click the Connector Settings icon and make sure that there is
no tick alongside “Front panel jack detection” and click OK.
No sound can be heard through an HDMI
connected display.
You have not configured the HDMI audio output. See “HDMI Audio
Configuration” on page C - 20.
