ADJUSTING RESISTANCE /FOOTREST
To turn up the resistance, press
the right toggle.
To adjust footrest, push down on
the red locking mechanism on
the footrest.
To turn down the resistance, press
the left toggle.
While holding red locking
mechanism, pull up or push down
the black sliding adjustment.
