As s e m b l y i n s t r u C t i o n s :
1. Set body assembly (A) on edge, making sure
chainsaw securing strap (B) is on bottom half of
panel.
2. Install scabbard panel (C) onto center two sections
of body assembly by inserting pegs in body
assembly into holes in scabbard panel. Push panel
onto pegs until pegs snap into holes.

Prepare Body Assembly

Set body assembly on edge, ensuring securing strap is on the bottom half.

Install Scabbard Panel

Insert pegs of body assembly into holes in scabbard panel until they snap.

Install End Panel

Flip body assembly over and install end panel in the same manner.

Install Scabbard

Insert scabbard into its slot, aligning the notch with the groove.

Secure Box Assembly

Fold body assembly to complete the box and install latches facing down.

Install Scabbard Door

Insert scabbard door into the interior storage slot of the ToughChest.

Echo ToughChest Usage

Insert Saw into Box

Open box panels, remove scabbard, install scabbard onto saw, and insert into box.

Secure Saw for Transport

Secure the saw with the securing strap, ensuring the handle is always fastened.
