Schritt 1 / Step 1 Montage der Achse / assemble the axle
Führen sie die Achse in den Rahmen ein und bringen Sie die Achse vorsichtig mit einem Plastikhammer bis an den Anschlag ein,
danach ziehen Sie die Schraube des Achsverbinders mittels mitgeliefertem Werkzeug (dieses ist mit Klebeband auf der Achse
befestigt) fest an.
Put the axle into the frame and tap it with a plastic hammer carefully to the end of the axle connector.
Fasten the screw tied with the included tool (you will find the tool taped on the axle ).
Schritt 2 / Step 2 Montage des Bügels / assemble the handle
Führen Sie den Bügel vorsichtig über den Rahmen. Danach stecken Sie die Schraube von innen durch. Jetzt wird von außen erst der
Haltegurt, danach die Scheibe aufgesteckt und zuletzt die Sterngriffmutter angeschraubt.
Slide the handle carefully down over the frame. Now put the screw from the inner side through the aluminum tubes. Put the strap
connector on the screw, now the washer and finally fasten the hand grip.
Schritt 3 / Step 3 Montage der Räder / assemble the tires
Schieben Sie die Räder auf die Achse,
danach öffnen Sie den Klappsplint und
führen ihn durch die Befestigungs-
bohrung in der Achse.
Den Klappsplint wieder schließen und
sicherstellen, dass die Räder
nun fest auf der Achse fixiert sind.
Put first the tires on the axle, then open the linkage pin and put through the hole in the axle. Close the linkage pin and check that the
tire is secured on the axle.

Assemble the Axle

Mount the axle into the frame, tap it, and fasten the screw securely using the provided tool.

Assemble the Handle

Slide the handle over the frame, insert the screw from inside, and attach the strap connector, washer, and grip.

Assemble the Tires

Place tires on the axle, secure with linkage pin through the hole, and ensure they are fixed.

Sunroof Accessory Assembly

Attach Sunroof Frame Caps

Fit tube caps into the sunroof frame ends using a soft or plastic hammer.

Install Sunroof Tube and Cover

Slide sunroof tube through cover, secure with velcro, and place windshield cover over handle.

Mount Sunroof to Handlebar

Assemble the sunroof securely onto both sides of the Beach-Rolly handlebar.

Safety, Usage, and Maintenance Guidelines

General Safety and Operation Warnings

Read instructions carefully; improper use can cause injury. Beach-Rolly has no brakes and must be used on level ground.

Prohibited Uses and Transport Restrictions

Transport of people/animals is forbidden. Do not use near stairs, slopes, or pools. Not for road traffic.

Load Capacity and Structural Integrity

Maximum load as carrier is 154 lbs (70 kg); as chair is 264 lbs (120 kg). Replace self-locking nuts.

Care and Maintenance Procedures

Use mild cleaning agents. Protect fabric from sun. Use a towel with wet clothing.
