Control Board Test Points
(
TP1 - Operational Temperature Monitoring Test Point, ( 0.XX VDC = XX°C )
TP2 - Solenoid ON Temperature Adjustment Test Point, R6 to adjust
( 0.70 VDC = 70°C )
TP3 - Heat
OFF Temperature Adjustment Test Point, use R7 to adjust
( 0.95 VDC = 95°C )
TP4 - Heat
ON Temperature Adjustment Test Point, use R8 to adjust
( 0.90 VDC = 90°C )
TP5 - #1 Thermocouple Over-Temperature Safety Adjustment Test Point,
use R9 to adjust ( 0.XX VDC = XX°C )
TP6 - #2 Thermocouple Over-Temperature Safety Adjustment Test Point,
use R25 to adjust ( 0.XX VDC = XX°C )
TP7 - DC Ground
TP8 - 2nd Thermocouple Monitoring Test Point, ( 0.XX VDC = XX°C )
Normal Set Point
R6 - Solenoid
ON – Temperature Adjustment Potentiometer .70 VDC
(Fixed setpoint on PN: 53050-4)
R7 - Heat
OFF – Temperature Adjustment Potentiometer .95 VDC
R8 - Heat
ON – Temperature Adjustment Potentiometer .90 VDC
R9 - #1 Thermocouple – (CAUTION: FACTORY ADJUSTMENT ONLY.
DO NOT ADJUST! Fixed setpoint on PN: 53050-4)
R25 - #2 Thermocouple – (CAUTION: FACTORY ADJUSTMENT ONLY.
DO NOT ADJUST! Fixed setpoint on PN: 53050-4)
OPERATION / FAULT ANNUNCIATOR CODE EXPLANATION
P “P” will be displayed when power has been turned on, indicating power
is being supplied to the control board. On Division 2 models the Power
"ON" lamp will be on.
L “L” will be displayed after the START button has been pushed.
The “L” will display during normal operation. On Division 2 models the
all lamps will be "ON" and the heater lamp will cycle with operating
temperature.
A “A” will be displayed when a power interruption has occurred and auto-
restart has restarted the vaporizer. The vaporizer will be operating
normally. This is an information display and does not indicate a fault.
To reset the annunciator to "
L" on the display for Division 2 models, turn
the power switch to
OFF and then back to ON and restart the vaporizer.
On Division 2 models the all lamps will be "ON" and the heater lamp will
cycle with operating temperature.
